Muhammad Ali liked to knock out steak and eggs
Rebecca Seal
If you’d just beaten George Foreman as Muhammad Ali did in his infamous match in 1974, you’d probably be hungry enough to eat the two steaks and 12 eggs he reportedly put away the next morning. If you haven’t fought in any international boxing matches recently, you could sear a seasoned 125g sirloin steak for two minutes on each side; fry two eggs in another pan and then serve with a good portion of diced and sautéed potatoes.
