Pick of the Day Lizzo: Live in Concert BBC Three, 10pm

Anyone lucky enough to get tickets for Lizzo’s recent Special tour will readily vouch for this recording of the last show being 90 minutes of euphoria. The Grammy-winning, flute-tooting, twerking singer performs banger after banger – including the hits Juice, 2 Be Loved, Good As Hell, Like a Girl and About Damn Time – with her band the Lizzbians and the Little Bigs. It’s a feelgood fest that will inspire much living room dancing across the nation.

Poker Face

Sky Max, 9pm & 10.05pm

As the top comedy-drama continues, Natasha Lyonne’s lion-haired detective Charlie finds herself solving a murder in a retirement home this week – and the two rebellious women she meets residing there are a hoot (on the surface, anyway). In the second episode of the night, she witnesses an onstage death at a theatre.

Black Ops BBC One, 9.30pm

Dom (Gbemisola Ikumelo) finally gets to say the words: “This isn’t just some bent coppers any more, this goes all the way to the top,” as the hapless pair conclude their undercover adventures. First, though, they need to find a safe place to hide Clinton’s dossier, sell a load of heroin and escape from a car boot. Hannah Verdier
